Appointment of Interim Head of Operations
REACT Group PLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Melvin Teale to the position of Interim Head of Operations.
Melvin Teale is 56 years old and has extensive supply chain, logistics, operational and systems management experience built up over many years working in the food, retail, telecom and electrical wholesale sectors. This has included the management of a national testing and repair operation for BT's field engineers. Supply chain customer service and strategy lead for Openreach and supervising the premium emergency delivery service from 38 locations nationally. More recently at Rexel UK he implemented LEAN principles and processes at two of Rexel's main warehouses in the UK.
Gill Leates, the Executive Chairman commented 'We are very pleased that Melvin Teale is joining us and look forward to the Group benefitting from his experience as we seek to upgrade our systems to improve efficiency and the quality of management information over the coming months'.
