Re : Notice of change of Auditors of Intema Solutions Inc.

We have read the notice of Intema Solutions Inc. dated January 27, 2022 and are in agreement with the statements contains in such Notice except that we are not in a position to agree or disagree with Intema Solutions Inc.’s statements:

• That the Board of Directors and the shareholders approved the decision to change the auditor and approved the appointment of Macias Gini & O’Connell LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants as auditor;

• That the Company is taking measures to meet its obligations defined in NI 51-102;

• That the Company are no reportable events, as such term is defined in subparagraph 4.11(1) of NI 51-102.

Furthermore, in note, in our auditor’s report on financial statements of Intema Solutions Inc. for the two years ended December 31, 2020 and 2019, we expressed an emphasis of matters on going concern assumption. Our opinion is not qualified in respect of this matter.
