Reference is made to our announcement 10.12.2021, where the Board of Directors resolved to increase the Company’s share capital. Following the purchase of shares in Octio and Monviro as announced 08.12.2021 10:59, the Board of Directors, pursuant to authorization granted by the company`s Annual General Meeting, resolved to increase the Company`s share capital by NOK 974 700 by issuing 974,700 new shares, of par value NOK 1. Following the increase the Company`s share capital is NOK 144,580,708 divided into 144,580,708 shares.
The share capital increase has today been registered in the Companies Register (Foretaksregisteret).
