Reach Subsea ASA – Major shareholding notification

Reference is made to the registration of the share capital increase in Reach Subsea ASA (the “Company”) as announced on 10 March 2025, whereby the Company issued 44,707,373 new shares.

Following the registration of the share capital increase, Survey Holding AS’ holding of 29,116,897 shares constitutes approximately 8.89% of the total shares and votes in the Company, crossing below the 10% threshold as a result of dilution. Survey Holding AS is wholly owned by Norvestor VI, L.P., a fund managed by Norvestor Investment Management S.à r.l.
