Reference is made to the notice sent 24th of

November regarding contract award from Technip.

The fixed period is 110 days plus options with

commencement in March 2015.

Please note that Technip has exercised extension

options from when Reach Subsea announced the letter

of award on 24.10.2014, until final contract

signing.

The dayrate reflects the current market conditions.
