North Energy ASA has through its subsidiary North Energy Capital AS purchased 81,622 shares in Reach Subsea ASA at a price of NOK 2.6557 per share. The total number of shares owned by North Energy ASA after the transaction, through the subsidiaries North Energy Capital AS and Accello Partners I AS, is 41,675,000 which constitutes a 29.1 % ownership in Reach Subsea ASA.
