Reach Subsea - Director's Dealing 2017

SHARE PURCHASE

Anders Onarheim, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of

Reach Subsea ASA ("Reach"), has today purchased 100.000

REACH shares at NOK 1,9246 per share via his fully owned

company AB Investment AS. Total number of shares after the

transaction, and after delivery of new shares from the Reach

private placement (see separate release today), is

1.022.147. Anders Onarheim is also part owner in, and

represents in the Board, the company Accello Partners I AS,

currently owning 27.644.254 shares in Reach, and owning

40,109,712 shares after delivery of new shares from the

Reach private placement.

Rachid Bendriss, Observer in the Board of Reach, has today

purchased 100.000 REACH shares at NOK 1,9246 per share via

his fully owned company Celisa Capital AS. Total number of

shares after the transaction is 250.000. Rachid Bendriss is

also part owner in, and represents in the Board, the company

Accello Partners I AS, currently owning 27.644.254 shares in

Reach, and owning 40,109,712 shares after delivery of new

shares from the Reach private placement.
