Subsea ASA ("Reach"), has today purchased 467,082 REACH shares at

NOK 1.967 per share via his fully owned company AB Investment AS.

Total number of shares owned after the transaction is 1,489,229.

Anders Onarheim is also part owner in, and represents in the Board,

the company Accello Partners I AS, currently owning 40,109,711

shares in Reach.

Rachid Bendriss, Observer in the Board of Reach, has today purchased

467,082 REACH shares at NOK 1.967 per share via his fully owned

company Celisa Capital AS. Total number of shares owned after the

transaction is 717,082. Rachid Bendriss is also part owner in and

Chairman of the Board of the company Accello Partners I AS,

currently owning 40,109,711 shares in Reach.
