Anders Onarheim, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Reach

Subsea ASA ("Reach"), has today purchased 116.514 REACH shares at

NOK 1.9247 per share via his fully owned company AB Investment AS.

Total number of shares owned after the transaction is 1,705,743.

Anders Onarheim is also part owner in the company Accello Partners I

AS, currently owning 40,109,700 shares in REACH.

Rachid Bendriss, Observer in the Board of Reach, has today purchased

51,229 REACH shares at NOK 1.9247 per share via his fully owned

company Celisa Capital AS. Total number of shares owned after the

transaction is 817,082.

Rachid Bendriss is also part owner in the company Accello Partners I

AS, currently owning 40,109,700 shares in REACH.
