Mandatory notification of trade

Åge Nilsen jr, Finance Manager, has today conducted a transaction

where 63.750 privately owned shares in Reach Subsea ASA were

purchased by his fully owned investment company A-Å Invest AS at NOK

1,80 per share.

A-Å Invest AS will after the transaction own 1.938.725 shares in

Reach Subsea ASA. Åge Nilsen jr will not hold any shares in Reach

Subsea ASA after the transaction.

The number of shares controlled by Åge Nilsen jr remains unchanged.
