MANDATORY NOTIFICATION ON TRADE

Accello Partners II AS, being represented in the Board

of the Company due to its ownership and thereby

subject to issuing notice as primary insider pursuant

to section 4-2 in the Securities Act, has subscribed

for 4.200.000 shares in the Private Placement, whereby

it holds 27.644.254 shares in the Company,

constituting 30 % of the shares in the Company

including the shares issued in the Private Placement.

JOSO Invest AS, partly owned by Kåre Johannes Lie

(Chairman of the Board), has subscribed for 250.000

shares in Reach Subsea ASA (the "Company") at a price

of NOK 2 per share. JOSO Invest AS now owns 7.214.589

of the shares in the Company, 7,9 % of the shares in

the Company, including shares subscribed for in the

private placement 30.05.2016.

Kold Invest AS, partly owned by Martha Kold Bakkevig

(Board Member), has subscribed for 100.000 shares in

Reach Subsea ASA (the "Company") at a price of NOK 2

per share. Kold Invest AS now owns 517.175 of the

shares in the Company, 0,6 % of the shares in the

Company, including shares subscribed for in the

private placement 30.05.2016.

Consus AS, owned by Rune Lande (Board Secretary), has

subscribed for 50.000 shares in Reach Subsea ASA

(the "Company") at a price of NOK 2 per share. Consus

AS now owns 760.925 of the shares in the Company, 0,8

% of the shares in the Company, including shares

subscribed for in the private placement 30.05.2016.

Tyrihans Managemens AS, owned by Sverre B. Mikkelsen

(Board Member), has subscribed for 50.000 shares in

Reach Subsea ASA (the "Company") at a price of NOK 2

per share. Tyrihans Management AS now owns 306.250 of

the shares in the Company, 0,3 % of the shares in the

Company, including shares subscribed for in the

private placement 30.05.2016.

Bård Thuen Høgheim (Sales and Marketing Manager /

Primary Insider), has subscribed for 150.000 shares in

Reach Subsea ASA (the "Company") at a price of NOK 2

per share. Bård Thuen Høgheim now owns 270.625 of the

shares in the Company, 0,3 % of the shares in the

Company, including shares subscribed for in the

private placement 30.05.2016.
