NOTIFICATION OF TRADE

Anders Onarheim, Vice Chairman of the Board of

Directors of Reach Subsea ASA, has today purchased

54.448 REACH shares at NOK 2,3 per share via his

fully owned company AB Investment AS. Total number

of shares after the transaction is 354.448.

Anders Onarheim is also part owner in, and

represents in the Board, the company Accello

Partners I AS, owning 23.444.254 shares in Reach

Subsea ASA.

Rachid Bendriss, Observer in the Board of Reach

Subsea ASA, has today purchased 50.000 REACH shares

at NOK 2,3 per share via his fully owned company

Celisa Capital AS. Total number of shares after the

transaction is 150.000. Rachid Bendriss is

also part owner in, and represents in the Board, the

company Accello Partners I AS, owning 23.444.254

shares in Reach Subsea ASA.
