Anders Onarheim, Vice Chairman of the Board of

Directors of Reach Subsea ASA, has purchased

43.899 REACH shares at NOK 1,99 per share via his

fully owned company AB Investment AS. Total number

of shares after the transaction is 398.347.

Anders Onarheim is also part owner in, and

represents in the Board, the company Accello

Partners I AS, owning 23.444.254 shares in Reach

Subsea ASA.

Marketing Manager in Reach Subsea ASA, Bård Thuen

Høgheim has purchased 50.000 REACH shares at an

average price of NOK 1,99.

Total number of shares after the transaction is

120.650.
