NOTIFICATION OF TRADE

Kåre Johannes Lie, Chairman of the Board of Directors

of Reach Subsea ASA, has today purchased 100.000

REACH shares at NOK 3.20 per share via his part owned

company JOSO Invest AS. Total number of shares after

the transaction is 6.964.589.

Anders Onarheim, Vice Chairman of the Board of

Directors of Reach Subsea ASA, has today purchased

300.000 REACH shares at NOK 3.20 per share via his

fully owned company AB Investment AS. Total number of

shares after the transaction is 300.000. Anders

Onarheim is also part owner in, and represents in the

Board, the company Accello Partners I AS, owning

23.444.254 shares in Reach Subsea ASA.

Martha Kold Bakkevig, Member of the Board of

Directors of Reach Subsea ASA, has today purchased

300.000 REACH shares at NOK 3.20 per share via her

partly owned company Kold Invest AS. Total number of

shares after the transaction is 417.175.

Sverre B. Mikkelsen, Member of the Board of Directors

of Reach Subsea ASA, has today purchased 100.000

REACH shares at NOK 3.20 per share via his fully

owned company Tyrihans Management AS. Total number of

shares after the transaction is 256.250. In addition,

Sverre B. Mikkelsen personally owns 85.925 shares.

Rachid Bendriss, Observatory in the Board of Reach

Subsea ASA, has today purchased 100.000 REACH shares

at NOK 3.20 per share via his fully owned company

Celisa Capital AS. Total number of shares after the

transaction is 100.000. Rachid Bendriss is also part

owner in, and represents in the Board, the company

Accello Partners I AS, owning 23.444.254 shares in

Reach Subsea ASA.
