Shares to be Released from Voluntary Escrow Restriction

Cervantes Corporation Limited (ASX: CVS) (Cervantes) or (the Company) advise in accordance with Listing Rule 3.10A, that 25,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company are due to be released from voluntary escrow restriction today, 22 June 2018. The escrow release is in accordance with the terms of the Tenement Sale Agreement of the Paynes Find Gold project of 21 December 2017.
