DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT

Cervantes Corporation Ltd (ASX:CVS) (“Cervantes” or “the Company”).

Further to the Gold Projects Update released 27 September2017, Cervantes is pleased to advise and welcome the appointment of Mr Marcus Flis as a Non-Executive Director. Mr Flis will add diversity of experience to the board as the Company progresses with the acquisition of the Payne’s Find Gold project, and the exploration of its strategically located projects.

Mr Marcus F Flis BSc(Hons), MSc, FAusIMM has agreed to join the board as a Non-Executive Director and work with the current members and consultants of the Company, to expedite the exploration and development progress of all of the company’s projects, including assessing other potential assets.

Mr Flis has expressed a keen interest in developing the Payne’s Find Gold project of which the company has released an extensive amount of positive data, and the Albury Heath project, which announced a Maiden JORC Resource of 390,000t @ 2.15g/t for 27,000oz Au (Indicated and Inferred) on the 7[th] February 2017.

Cervantes board is currently in discussion with a number of sources in relation to a proposed capital raising, the quantum and price of which has not yet been finalised, to progress the exploration of its assets.
