Description
The securities of Cervantes Corporation Limited (‘CVS’) are expected to be reinstated to Official Quotation at the commencement of trading at 10:02:15 am AEST on Friday, 4 June 2021.
CVS raised $3,366,512 pursuant to the entitlement offer and placements under its prospectus dated 16 April 2021 (‘Prospectus’), with respect to the entitlement offer the issue of 268,004,155 shares at an issue price of $0.003 per share and 134,002,075 free attaching quoted options exercisable at $0.01 on or before 20 May 2024 and with respect to the placements by the issue of 750,000,000 shares at an issue price of $0.003 per share and 375,000,000 free attaching quoted options exercisable at $0.01 on or before 20 May 2024 and 625,000,000 quoted options at an issue price of $0.0005 exercisable at $0.01 on or before 20 May 2024.
