Director Leave of Absence and Change of Company Secretary
Cervantes Corporation Limited (ASX Code: CVS) wishes to advise that Mr Timothy Clark, a Non-Executive Director and Company Secretary, has been granted a temporary Leave of Absence due to personal reasons and is unable to carry out his duties as Company Secretary during this time.
In light of the absence of Mr Clark, the board has appointed Mr Patrick O’Neill with immediate effect to replace Mr Timothy Clark as Company Secretary. Mr O’Neill holds a Bachelor of Business degree, is a Chartered Accountant and is principle of Jackson Greeve, Accountants and Business Advisors.
Mr Timothy Clark will continue his role as Non-Executive Director.
