DIRECTOR RESIGNATION and APPOINTMENT

Cervantes Corporation Ltd (ASX:CVS) (“Cervantes” or “the Company”) announces the resignation of Mr Graeme Armstrong from the Board of Cervantes Corporation Ltd.

Since his election in January 2009, Graeme Armstrong has worked tirelessly to promote Cervantes and its activities. His efforts are greatly appreciated and the Board of Cervantes wishes him well in his future endeavours.

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Timothy Clark as a Director of the Company.

Mr Timothy Clark has extensive experience in capital markets.

Mr Timothy Clark is also a Director of JV Global Ltd.
