DIRECTOR RESIGNATION and APPOINTMENT

Cervantes Corporation Ltd (ASX:CVS) (“Cervantes” or “the Company”) announces the resignation of Mr Barry MacKinnon from the Board of Cervantes Corporation Ltd.

Since his election in August 2001, Barry MacKinnon has worked tirelessly to promote Cervantes and its activities. He was instrumental in the revitalisation of the Company through a successful capital raising that lead to the re-instatement of the Company to the Official Quotation on the ASX in July 2007.

His efforts are greatly appreciated and the Board of Cervantes wishes him well in his future endeavours.

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Justin Vost as a Director of the Company.

Mr Justin Vost has experience in mining, manufacturing and capital markets.

Mr Justin Vost is also a Director of Baraka Energy & Resources Ltd and JV Global Ltd.

Also, Mr Collin Vost has accepted the position of Chairman.
