DIRECTOR RESIGNATION

The Company wishes to announce the resignation of Mr Lawrence West as a director. Mr West was a founding board member of Cervantes Seafood.

We express our appreciation to Mr West for his services as a director and look forward to his ongoing involvement with Cervantes Seafood.
