Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs")
Grant of options under the Reach Savings-Related Share Option Scheme ("Sharesave Scheme")
Reach plc is pleased to announce that it has launched the 2024 Sharesave Scheme for all eligible employees. Eligible employees were invited to subscribe for options ("Options") over the Company's ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Shares") which have been granted at an exercise price of £0.89 per Share in accordance with the terms of the Sharesave Scheme. The Options were issued on 23 September 2024 and will normally be exercisable from 1 November 2027 for six months.
520 employees have elected to participate in the 2024 Sharesave Scheme and as a result Options over a total of 2,400,238 Shares have been granted in respect of the 2024 Sharesave Scheme.
The following Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") have chosen to participate in the 2024 Sharesave Scheme:
