Annual General Meeting Update

Further to the announcement made on 7 April 2020 regarding the availability of the Notice of Meeting (the "Notice") for the 2020 Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") of the Company, the Company confirms that the current arrangements for the AGM, which takes into account the current 'stay-at-home' measures, will remain in place.

The meeting will be held on Thursday, 7 May 2020 at 10:30 a.m. at its offices at Stoke Mill, Guildford.  Unfortunately the meeting will be held behind closed doors and shareholders will not be admitted.

Shareholders are invited to submit any questions via email to company.secretary@reachplc.com by 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, 5 May 2020. Answers of which will be posted on the Company's website as soon as practicable following the AGM.

The Company has arranged for shareholders to be able to listen to the proceedings of the AGM via a designated web link which can be accessed on the Company's website www.reachplc.com.

The Company would like to thank shareholders for their understanding in these exceptional circumstances.
