Placing

Total Voting Rights

Reabold Resources plc (AIM: RBD) the AIM traded natural resources investing company announces the placement of 40,000,000 ordinary shares ('the Placing Shares'), at 0.5 pence per share to raise gross proceeds of £200,000  ('the Placing'), which will provide additional working capital for the Company. 

The Company has applied for the Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange and admission is expected to occur on or around 15 January 2016 ("Admission"). The Placing Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's exiting ordinary shares and represent approximately 12.46% of the enlarged issued capital of the Company.

The total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in issue following Admission will be 320,915,895
