Results of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

Reabold, the AIM investing company which focuses on investments in upstream oil and gas projects, is pleased to announce that, at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held earlier today, all resolutions proposed were duly passed.

The AGM was run as a closed meeting, with the Company's shareholders (the "Shareholders") not able to attend due to restrictions on personal movement and social distancing measures implemented by the UK Government in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, which require that special measures be adopted for the AGM to protect the health and safety of Shareholders.

Given the restrictions on attendance, Shareholders were invited to submit questions in advance of the meeting. Responses to the questions will be made available on the Company's website today.
