RC Fornax (AIM:RCFX), the UK-based consultancy delivering high-impact engineering solutions to the defence sector's most critical platforms - accredited, in-demand, and built to scale - announces that Chris Brooks, Managing Director of the Company, acquired, in aggregate, 28,292 ordinary shares of £0.0025 each in capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 15.4 pence per share in August 2025.

As a result of these purchases, Mr Brooks is interested in 28,292 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.05% of the total voting rights of the Company.
