We hereby inform that the Bank has allotted 3,50,245 (Three lakh fifty thousand two hundred forty five) equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each to the eligible employees, on September 15, 2023, under the ESOP Schemes of the Bank.

Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Bank has increased from 60,10,09,396 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 601,00,93,960 to 60,13,59,641 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 601,35,96,410.
