RBG Holdings plc (AIM: RBGP), the legal and professional services group, today announces the following information relating to directors' disclosure under Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies:

David Lindow Wilkinson, a Non-Executive Director on the board of RBG, has been a Director of Saietta Group plc since 7 July 2021.

On 4 March 2024, Saietta Group plc was placed into administration. The administration proceedings remain ongoing.
