The calculations in this notification of changes in major shareholdings are not based on the most recently publicly disclosed number of shares and votes pursuant to Chapter 4, Section 9 of the Swedish Financial Instruments Trading Act, but instead on the updated number of shares and votes in RaySearch Laboratories AB, reg. no. 556322-6157 (the issuer) following share conversions registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office on 15 December 2025 and 19 December 2025 whereby in total 2,171,738 class A shares have been converted to class B shares, as evidenced by the attached registration certificates (the “Conversions”). Following the Conversions, the total number of registered shares in the issuer amounts to 34,282,773, of which 3,483,237 are class A shares and 30,799,536 are class B shares. The class A shares (ISIN SE0000166639) entitle to ten (10) votes per share and the class B shares (ISIN SE0000135485) entitle to one (1) vote per share. Accordingly, the total number of votes in the issuer amounts to 65,631,906. Anders Brahme owned 1,150,161 shares of class A and 100,000 shares of class B, in total 1,250,161 shares, in the issuer prior to the transaction subject to this notification of changes in major shareholdings. In the transaction subject to this notification of changes in major shareholdings, Anders Brahme has converted 1,150,161 class A shares to 1,150,161 class B shares. Anders Brahme’s holding in the issuer has thereby fallen below 5% of the voting rights in the issuer. Anders Brahme’s total number of shares in the issuer has not been affected by the transaction subject to this notification. After the transaction subject to this notification of changes in major shareholdings, Anders Brahme holds 0 shares of class A and 1,250,161 shares of class B in the issuer, corresponding to 1.90481% of the votes and 3.64662% of the shares in the issuer.
