Changes due to: Conversion and sale. Johan Löf owned 5,443,084 shares of class A and 68,393 shares of class B, in total 5,511,477 shares, in RaySearch Laboratories AB (reg. no. 556322-6157) prior to the transactions subject to this notification of major shareholdings. The class A shares (ISIN SE0000166639) entitle to ten (10) votes per share and the class B shares (ISIN SE0000135485) entitle to one (1) vote per share. In the transactions subject to this notification of major shareholdings, Johan Löf has converted 2,000,000 class A shares to 2,000,000 class B shares and thereafter sold 2,000,000 class B shares in RaySearch Laboratories AB. Johan Löf’s holding in the issuer has thereby fallen below 50% of the voting rights and 15% of the shares in the issuer. After the transactions subject to this notification of major shareholdings, Johan Löf holds 3,443,084 shares of class A and 68,393 shares of class B in the issuer, corresponding to 40.50273% of the votes and 10.24269% of the shares in the issuer.
