5 Mayıs 2025 tarihli Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantımızda onaylanan kararlar doğrultusunda, Şirketimizin 2025 yılı bağımsız denetiminin KPMG Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. tarafından yerine getirilmesi hususu İstanbul Ticaret Sicil Müdürlüğü tarafından 30 Mayıs 2025 tarihinde tescil edilmiş olup, 4 Haziran 2025 tarih ve 11345 sayılı Ticaret sicil gazetesinde ilan edilmiştir.

In accordance with the resolutions approved at our Ordinary General Assembly Meeting dated 5 May 2025, the independent audit of our Company for the year 2025 to be performed by KPMG Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. was registered by the Istanbul Trade Registry Office on 30 May 2025 and announced in the Trade Registry Gazette dated 4 June 2025 and numbered 11345.

This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by Ray Sigorta Anonim Şirketi through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1. According to the Material Events Guideline and the regulations, the Turkish public disclosure shall prevail.
