Report Content The Management Board of Rawlplug S.A. (the "Company") announces thattoday, i.e. on 8 July 2025, it was notified that amendments to theCompany's Statute were registered by the District Court forWrocław-Fabryczna in Wrocław, VI Commercial Division of the NationalCourt Register on July 7th 2025. The amendments were introduced pursuantto Resolution No. 22 of the Ordinary General Meeting of Rawlplug S.A. ofJune 18th 2025 on amendments to the Company's Statute. By Resolution No.23, the above-mentioned Meeting also adopted the consolidated text ofthe Company's Statute.

The registered amendments to the Statute and the adopted consolidatedtext are attached to this current report.
