Report Content The ManagementBoard of Rawlplug S.A. (the "Company") announces that today, i.e. May17, 2024, the Supervisory Board of the Company has issued a positiveopinion on the Management's Board's proposal regarding the distributionof the Company's net profit for 2023 in the amount of PLN 47,477,331.51and the payment of dividend.TheManagement Board recommended the payment of a dividend to the Company'sshareholders in the amount of PLN 12,423,760.40, i.e. PLN 0.40 pershare. The dividend will cover 31,059,401 shares.Theremaining part of the net profit for 2023 will be allocated toincreasing the Company's retained earnings in the amount of PLN35,053,571.11.TheSupervisory Board positively assessed the Management Board's proposal toset the dividend date on August 14, 2024, and the dividend payment totake place on August 29, 2024.Thefinal decision on the distribution of profit for 2023 and the payment ofdividend will be made by the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company._#160;_#160;_#160;
