Mr. Radosław Koelner

Education:Mr. Radosław Koelner is a graduate of the Faculty ofSocial Sciences at the University of Wrocław in the field of PoliticalScience - German Studies.

Qualifications and positions held:From 1993 to 1999 he was theGeneral Director of Tworzywa Sztuczne Krystyna Koelner, since 1999 hehas been the President of the Management Board of Rawlplug S.A.(formerly Koelner S.A.), since 2011 he has been the President of theManagement Board of Koelner Rawlplug IP sp. z o.o. Additionally, Mr.Radosław Koelner holds a number of positions in subsidiaries belongingto the Rawlplug S.A. Group.

Mr. Piotr Kopydłowski has been with the Rawlplug Group since 1998. From2001 he was the Chief Financial Officer, from 2004. He has been a Proxyand since 1.01.2009 he has been a Member of the Management Board forFinance at Rawlplug S.A. (formerly Koelner S.A.). From 2005 to 2008, hewas the President of the Management Board of Amicus sp. z o.o. From05.2007 to 01.2009, he was the President of the Management Board ofŚrubex S.A. From 07.2011 to 12.2018, he was a Member of the ManagementBoard - Financial Director at Koelner Rawlplug IP Sp. z o.o., where hecurrently serves as a Proxy. In addition, Mr. Piotr Kopydłowski holds anumber of positions in subsidiaries belonging to the Rawlplug S.A.Capital Group.
