LIBERO football finance AG announces that changes to the Management Board will take effect as of July 1, 2025.

The Supervisory Board has appointed Dr. Dirk Rogowski as a new member and Chairman of the Management Board, effective July 1, 2025. Dr. Rogowski brings extensive experience in financing and structuring growth-oriented companies and will focus on further developing LIBERO’s capital market strategy.

Dr. Achim Illner will support the operational transition and, by mutual agreement with the company, will step down from the Management Board as of July 31, 2025. The company expresses its sincere gratitude to Dr. Illner for his strong personal commitment and for successfully stabilizing the company during a challenging market phase.
