RAUTE CORPORATION STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 5 MAY 2022 at 3:00 p.m. CHANGES IN RAUTE GROUP’S EXECUTIVE BOARD Raute Corporation’s Executive Vice President, CFO and member of the Executive Board, Ms. Tarja Järvinen, M.Sc. (Econ.), has decided to leave the company. Her last working day is May 5, 2022. The company will immediately initiate the search process for a new CFO. M.Sc. (Econ.) Ms. Minna Yrjönmäki (54) has been appointed Raute Corporation’s interim Executive Vice President, CFO and member of the Executive Board as of May 9, 2022. Ms. Minna Yrjönmäki has versatile experience in financial administration and management of a public listed company among others in Uponor, Outokumpu, Ahlstrom and Huhtamaki. She will report in her position to interim President and CEO Mr. Petri Strengell.
