Change of name to Rathbones Group Plc

The Board today announces that the Company has changed its name from Rathbone Brothers Plc to Rathbones Group Plc. Following a decade in which Rathbones has grown significantly, this new name represents more accurately the collection of businesses, teams and individuals who form the Rathbones Group today. The change of name application has been submitted to Companies House.

The Company's website, ISIN, SEDOL and ticker code remain unchanged. Shareholders should note that their shareholdings will be unaffected by the change and no new share certificates are being issued in respect of existing Ordinary Shares held in certificated form. Shareholders should retain their existing share certificates which will continue to be valid for all purposes.
