New Directorship Notification

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R(2), the Company announces that Clive Bannister, Chair and non-executive director, has been appointed Chair Designate and non-executive director of Beazley Plc ("Beazley") with immediate effect. Clive is expected to assume the role of Chair at the conclusion of Beazley's AGM on 25 April 2023.
