ISSUE OF SHARES PURSUANT TO EMPLOYEE INCENTIVE SCHEME
Clancy Exploration Limited ( ASX: CLY ) advises that it has issued 3,053,681 ordinary shares to employees and consultants pursuant to its Employee Incentive Scheme. The Scheme was approved by shareholders on 31 May 2011 but until today no securities had been allotted pursuant to it.
The Scheme allows the Board to make offers of shares to eligible employees and consultants of the Company in order to provide an incentive to deliver growth and value for the benefit of all shareholders.
An Appendix 3B and Secondary Trading Notice follow.
