ISSUE OF SHARES PURSUANT TO EMPLOYEE INCENTIVE SCHEME
Clancy Exploration Limited (ASX: CLY) advises that it has issued 2,887,602 ordinary shares to directors pursuant to its Employee Incentive Scheme. The Scheme was approved by shareholders on 31 May 2011. This allotment brings the total number of shares issued pursuant to the Scheme to 5,941,283.
The Scheme allows the Board to make offers of shares to eligible employees including named directors of the Company in order to provide an incentive to deliver growth and value for the benefit of all shareholders.
An Appendix 3B and Secondary Trading Notice will follow in due course.
