The annual general meeting of shareholders is scheduled to be held at the offices of RareX Limited ( the Company ) at Suite 23, 513 Hay Street, Subiaco, Western Australia on Friday, 27 November 2020 at 11.30am (WST) ( Meeting ).

In accordance with subsection 5(f) of the Corporations (Coronavirus Economic Response) Determination (No. 1) 2020, the Company will not be despatching physical copies of the Notice of Meeting ( Notice ). Instead, a copy of the Notice can be viewed and downloaded online at https://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20201028/pdf/44p77dyzshstlg.pdf

As you have not elected to receive Notice by email, a copy of your personalised proxy form is enclosed for your convenience.

Shareholders are encouraged to vote online at https://investor.automic.com.au/#/loginsah or by returning the enclosed proxy form by:

Your proxy voting instruction must be received by 11.30am (WST) on 25 November 2020 , being not less than 48 hours before the commencement of the Meeting. Any proxy voting instructions received after that time will not be valid for the Meeting.

The situation regarding COVID-19 is constantly evolving and, accordingly, the Company may make alternative arrangements to the way in which the Meeting is held. If this occurs, we will notify any changes by way of announcement on ASX and the details will also be made available on our website.
