These shares were previously registered to Geoinformatics Exploration Australia Pty Ltd, a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of Geoinformatics Exploration Inc. and were transferred to Geoinformatics Exploration Inc. on October 15, 2008.

Nature of Change:

On October 17, 2008, Geoinformatics Exploration Inc. ("GXL") completed a private placement with Geologic Resource Partners LLC ("GRP") whereby GRP subscribed for 586,560,000 common shares of GXL.

GRP is the investment manager for a family of Geologic Resource funds (collectively "GRF"). In addition, GXL issued 31,977,209 common shares to GRF in satisfaction of the interest on a convertible loan facility for the period of January 1, 2008 to October 16, 2008.

Following the private placement and satisfaction of the convertible interest, GRF holds 642.6 million common shares of GXL, representing approximately 84.9% of the common shares outstanding.
