ISSUE OF UNQUOTED OPTIONS & LAPSE OF PERFORMANCE RIGHTS

RareX Limited ( RareX or Company ) advises that pursuant to the Proposed Issue of Securities lodged with ASX on 5 March 2020, the Company has issued 1,250,000 unquoted options exercisable at $0.085 expiring on 11 October 2022.

There is no consideration payable and the options were issued under the Company’s capacity under Listing Rule 7.1.

Further, the Company advises that 370,000 Class B, 370,000 Class C and 370,000 Class D Performance Rights issued to prior directors of the Company have lapsed due to the requirement of the recipient to remain a director.

The Company’s current issued capital is set out in the Appendix 2A of today’s date.
