ISSUE OF UNQUOTED OPTIONS

RareX Limited ( RareX or Company ) advises that pursuant to the Proposed Issue of Securities lodged with ASX on 18 June 2020, the Company has issued the following unquoted options:

• 7,000,000 unquoted options exercisable at $0.085 expiring on 11 October 2022

There is no consideration payable and the options were issued under the Company’s capacity under Listing Rule 7.1.

The Company’s current issued capital is set out in the Appendix 2A of today’s date.
