Description

The securities of Clancy Exploration Limited (‘CLY’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of CLY, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 2 August 2019 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Clancy Exploration Limited (the Company ) hereby requests a halt in trading of its securities, effective immediately, pending an announcement regarding a potential acquisition.

The trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of the Company making an announcement to the market in relation to the outcome of the capital raising and the commencement of trading on Friday, 2 August 2019.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
