BOARD CHANGE

Clancy Exploration Limited (ASX: CLY) advises that Natalie Forsyth Stock has resigned as a director of the Company.

The Board would like to thank Ms Forsyth Stock for her contribution to Clancy in the role of Executive Director - Finance over the past three years. Natalie’s financial acumen, corporate finance background and integrity have been invaluable at board level.
