CHANGE OF AUDITOR

RareX Limited ( ASX: REE, RareX or the Company ) advises that SW Audit (formerly ShineWing Australia) has been appointed as auditor of the Company.

The appointment follows the resignation of SW WA Audit Pty Ltd (formerly Walker Wayland WA Audit Pty Ltd) and consent from the Australian Securities Investment Commission ( ASIC ) to the resignation in accordance with s329(5) of the Corporations Act 2001.

The change of auditor arose due to the merger of the former Walker Wayland WA Audit Pty Ltd into SW Accountants & Advisors.

In accordance with section 327 of the Corporations Act 2001, a resolution will be proposed at the 2022 Annual General Meeting to confirm the appointment of SW Audit as the Company’s auditor.
