2025 Annual General Meeting Key Dates

RareX Limited (ASX: REE – RareX , or the Company ) advises that, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, the 2025 Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) will be held on Friday 28 November 2025 at 11.30 am (AWST).

An item of business at the AGM will be the election of directors. The closing date for receipt of nominations for the election of directors is Friday, 17 October 2025. Any valid nomination for the position of director must be received by the Company at its registered office no later than 5.00 pm (AWST) on Friday, 17 October 2025.
