2023 Annual General Meeting Key Dates

RareX Limited ( RareX , the Company ) (ASX: REE) advises that, in accordance with ASX Listing Rul 3.13.1, the 2023 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) will be held on Friday, 30 November 2023 at 11.00 am (AWST).

An item of business at the AGM will be the election of directors. In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 14.3 and the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for receipt of nominations for the election of directors is Thursday, 12 October 2023. Any valid nomination for the position of director must be received by the Company at its registered office no later than 5.00 pm (AWST) on Thursday, 12 October 2023.
