Sub: Intimation pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 relating to Resignation of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Scrip Code: 500360
Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Part A Para A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that Mr. Vaibhav P. Shah has tendered his resignation as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company in view of his decision to pursue a career opportunity outside Rapicut Carbides Limited. He will cease to be the Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from close of business hours on 5th September, 2022.
The details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/20-15 dated September 9, 2015 are given in the Annexure.
